Action Required: Mutual of Omaha Is Making Changes To Sales Professional Access
Effective January 22, 2022, Mutual of Omaha will be changing the way distribution securely accesses their network and applications on Sales Professional Access (SPA) by implementing a new platform called Okta. Okta enables enhanced security to better protect sensitive company and customer data, and utilizes multi-factor login to discourage sharing credentials.
IMPORTANT: To avoid business disruptions, you must register for Okta prior to January 22, 2022.
First, make sure your contact information on SPA is current. The contact information on file will be used for authentication when registering for Okta.
After migration on 1/22/2022, you will need to use your username (and not your email address) to authenticate to these applications.
