What aspect of the healthcare industry do you want to fix? I want to help improve healthcare accessibility so that everyone, regardless of background or circumstances, can receive the care they need. I believe care should be easier to understand, more inclusive, and available to all.

As an Administrative Assistant at Senior Benefit Services, I serve as the vital first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling for our team of agents. I pride myself on creating an efficient, well-organized office environment that allows our advisors to focus on what matters most – helping seniors navigate their benefit options with confidence.

What is your background? Born in Queensland, Australia, and came to the US in 2007 with my family! I competed in gymnastics until age 16 and went on to become a Junior Olympic Developmental Coach, traveling throughout the region. Since then, I’ve worked primarily in administrative roles, with accounting always part of the mix. I have always enjoyed working with numbers and learning more about the business side of things.

What activities do you enjoy doing when not at work? I enjoy spending time with my two cats and my partner, watching movies, playing games, and going on adventures. I also enjoy all kinds of music, arts and crafts, baking, singing, and dancing!
