Prompt Submissions of Enrollment Applications
Effective immediately paper enrollment applications must be received by Humana within 10 days of signature date. Submission methods include mail, fax, vantage upload, or via Mobile Doc Transmitter. Applications received by mail or submitted via upload method greater than 10 days from signature date will not be processed and the application will be declined.
Please be sure to submit applications in a timely manner in order to improve the member experience. Prompt submissions of enrollment applications, including ways to submit applications, can be located in the Medicare Supplement Sales Agent Field Guide.
Also, please remember that electronic enrollment via MAPA or Fast App using eSignature or IVR signature are processed nearly 3x faster than paper apps and have far less pend errors. Please utilize electronic enrollment whenever possible as the preferred method for application submission.
